Job description :
You will have several main tasks, those being able to be discussed and redefined with Eyeka’s management according to your profile. You will be accompanied and guided throughout your entire mission while working within Eyeka’s Community Management Team:
- You take part in the recruitment of Eyeka’s community, in particular abroad. For that, you surf the Net, you browse blogs and forums to locate talents. You contact them, describe our project and convince them to join our community. You develop Eyeka’s presence and influence within creative communities on an international level.
- You contribute to the animation of Eyeka’s community (photographers, filmmakers, animators…) on relevant channels (emailing, phoning, Facebook, blog, Twitter…). If need be, you help creators through a personalized feedback on their work and their creations.
Requirements :
- Education in Commerce / Communication / Marketing.
- Creative spirit combined with rigor and a solid general culture.
- Experience and passion of Web 2.0 and its tools (social media, SEO, SEM, etc).
- Strong relational sense and driven by goals.
- Good capacities of negotiation, conviction.
- Foreign language knowledge is essential (English, German or Spanish).

Ruby on Rails software developer
Mission:
Participate in the development of our technical platform integrating all technological possibilities linked to Web 2.0 (Ruby, Ajax, Prototype, Web Services, etc...). Develop new modules for our site as a member of our XP team : conception, test, development, validation.
Profile:
With an engineering degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent, you have shown during your first job experiences (internships or first job) a real passion for developing Web applications.
You're a beginner on Ruby on Rails or already have a first job experience with Ruby. Ultimately you seek to develop real skills in mastering this framework and already have the basic skills in TDD (Test-Driven Development.) You already know how to create client interfaces in HTML, CSS and Ajax.
Your English (spoken, read and written) is fluent. Basic knowledge of French will be regarded as a plus.
